We’re excited to announce the extraordinary accomplishment of our CEO, Michelle Dilley, who has been recognized as the Woman of the Year by NeXxus, the student-led organization at the University of Tennessee. Michelle’s acceptance speech at the award ceremony beautifully showcased her commitment to fostering diversity, sustainability, and empowerment within the supply chain industry. Additionally, Michelle had the opportunity to share her insights during a fireside chat with Nicole Carvagno, 2023 AWESOME Scholar and DEI opportunities chair for the Tennessee Association of Supply Chain (TASC). This engaging conversation with female SCM students provided mentorship and guidance to the next generation of supply chain leaders.
