My name is Breanna Schneider and I am a student at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where I study Supply Chain Management and Operation & Technology Management with a certificate in Data Science. At UW-Madison, I am part of the Grainger Center of Supply Chain Management Board of Directors that plans applied learnings, speakers and social events for supply chain majors on campus. I am a member of the 2023 Women In Supply Chain Excellence (WISE) Connections Advisory Board. The WISE Advisory Board focuses on fostering connections across universities and in the supply chain community, as well as executing new ideas to further the WISE mission. For the past year, I worked on the Applied Knowledge team at Breakthrough, a division of U.S. Venture, as a Market Research Intern. I had the opportunity to assist with providing data driven insights to our clients in fuel and freight. This upcoming summer, I will be a Global Supply Chain Intern at W.W. Grainger in Lake Forest, Illinois. In my free time, I enjoy hot yoga classes, weightlifting, and boating with my family! I am so honored to be joining the community of AWESOME Scholars and excited to learn from amazing young women and industry professionals!
