Amy leads Nike’s Global Demand and Supply Management (DSM) team, an organization that spans the functions of business planning, retail planning and buying, supply chain planning, inventory management, and marketplace and supply chain analytics. DSM is core to Nike’s digital transformation, delivering dynamic, end-to-end, demand and supply forecasting and optimization capabilities which provide the backbone for coordinating and aligning supply chain and marketplace decisions and actions. Over the course of 25 years at Nike, Amy has held a variety of leadership positions including, VP Global Category Operations, VP GM North America Running, Global Core Performance Footwear Leader. Prior to Nike, Amy was a CPA at Deloitte, and Audit Director at Harcourt General Neiman Marcus Group. Amy is also an Advisory Board Member of AWESOME (Achieving Women’s Excellence in Supply Chain Operations, Management and Education) Organization, the industry’s most active and prominent organization focused on advancing women’s leadership in supply chain.
