A recent study from the 50/50 Women on Boards Project revealed that diversity on Boards is at a 7-year low, with only 30.7% of board appointments belonging to women thus far in 2024. As we all know, this is a big problem for AWESOME’s community of women leaders, and for the global business community at large.
On this Transformative Leadership Panel, we will be speaking with seasoned corporate and not-for-profit Board members about why we’re seeing this concerning downward trend and, most importantly, what we can do to change it!
