Meet our Speaker:

Lindsey Berckman, Principal, Deloitte
Lindsey is a principal at Deloitte Consulting LLP and the leader of the US Aerospace & Defense practice, with more than 18 years of experience serving at the intersection of production, operations, and technology. She has served multiple OEM and Tier 1 suppliers at the heart of their production activities, including key traditional commercial, defense, space , and maritime programs. She plays a key role in serving RTX supporting Ops Transformation across engineering, supply chain, shop floor, and aftermarket domains across each of the three business units.
Lindsey is also at the forefront of emerging technology and trends to advance A&D operations. She is a leader in our Smart Factory business where she helps our clients shape their Industry 4.0 transformation roadmap, designed to transform legacy manufacturing processes through digital technologies and AI/cognitive insights.
Lindsey earned her Bachelor of Science in Engineering degree in Systems Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
