A new chapter for AWESOME…

For more than a decade, the AWESOME organization has come together to connect, learn, collaborate, recognize, and inspire one another. We have created a space where women feel seen and heard, where ideas are exchanged, challenges are discussed openly, and leaders support one another as catalysts for positive progress. Together, we have helped transform the future of the supply chain industry.

Today, we are thrilled to announce the next chapter for AWESOME as part of a broader leadership ecosystem. Beginning January 1, 2026, AWESOME will become part of the Women’s Leadership Center at Williams Bay (WLC). As a fully integrated platform within the WLC, AWESOME will join a dynamic community of exceptional women leaders across multiple disciplines. This evolution expands our reach, enriches our opportunities for collaboration, and enhances our potential for global influence.

The Women’s Leadership Center is guided by a Vision of a future in which women are at the forefront of advancing and improving the world we live in. Its Purpose is to exponentially impact women’s leadership, now and in the future. Its Mission is to elevate women by supporting new talent, improving systems and encouraging bold ideas.

Within this framework, AWESOME will serve as the center of expertise for global supply chain leadership at the WLC, which is dedicated to advancing women’s leadership across five strategic Focus Areas:

This expanded scope opens the door to new multi-disciplinary gatherings, cross- sector conversations, bold ideas, and pioneering programs that transcend traditional boundaries.

Simply put, the time has come for AWESOME to step onto a larger stage. As part of the WLC, we will extend our influence, magnify our impact, and help shape the future in even more powerful ways.

As part of this transition, Michelle Dilley will be concluding her tenure as CEO of AWESOME. Her last day will be December 31. Michelle feels it is the right moment and is excited about reengaging with the supply chain industry and exploring new opportunities benefitting from her deep expertise and experience. We are grateful for her leadership and lasting impact on the organization. We wish her all the best.

Over the next six months, we will transition and unify our communication platforms (e.g., email, website and social) and retire the former AWESOME membership process. We look forward to sharing our progress as we go, and to the Center’s opening in mid-2026.

Our team is thrilled to bring this vision to life and embark on this next chapter together in 2026. We look forward to many more years of shared progress, transformation, and global leadership.
