Grace Caza was selected as the first recipient of the AWESOME/MIT Advancing Women through Education (AWE) Fellowship who is participating in the “Blended” SCM option (SCMb) combining online and on-campus study. To be eligible for the fellowship, Grace earned a Micro Master’s Certificate in Supply Chain Management from MIT. With her fellowship, she spent one semester on the MIT campus to complete her Master of Applied Science degree in Supply Chain Management. Grace currently works as Lead Production Supervisor for Schenectady Cores and Castings (SCC) – General Electric (GE) Power, in Schenectady, NY. She attended the University of Rochester and graduated in 2017 with Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a minor in Spanish Studies.
