New panelist joins CSCMP conference session on leveraging networks

Ellen Voie, President and CEO, Women In Trucking Association, will join five other leading women in the supply chain field to discuss “Leveraging Networks to Achieve Women’s Excellence in Supply Chain” on Monday September 22 from 3:45 to 4:45 at the CSCMP Global Conference in San Antonio. The conference runs Sunday, September 21 through Wednesday, September 24.

The other leaders participating in the discussion, announced previously, are Nancy Nix (session moderator), Principal, Nix & Associates; Bola Delano, Deputy Director, Illinois Department of Transportation; Ann Drake, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, DSC Logistics; and Gemma Fillmore, VP Global Transportation and Logistics, Ascena Retail Group, Inc.

The session on networks and the future of women’s leadership in supply chain is one of six sessions resulting from a collaboration between AWESOME, the initiative to advance women supply chain leaders, and CSCMP (Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals). The six sessions form a conference track on Diversity and Inclusion. Topics include:
