Ann Drake, AWESOME founder and CEO of DSC Logistics, chaired a roundtable on leadership at the International Women’s Forum (IWF) 2016 World Leadership Conference.
During the roundtable, sponsored by Texas Instruments, Ann talked about her experiences in leading at the highest level, particularly when it comes to driving change and encouraging innovation. She discussed the challenges she’s faced and lessons she’s learned, and shared advice for the leaders in the room who aspire to do more in their careers.

The IWF’s mission is to build better global leadership across careers, continents and cultures by connecting the world’s most preeminent women of significant and diverse achievement. In 2014, Ann received the Women Who Make a Difference Award given by the IWF.
