Trish Young, AWESOME Advisor and co-host of the 2016 Symposium, is taking on the role of VP, ERP Integrated Value Streams, which is a critical component of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) initiative at NIKE, Inc.
According to the Nike announcement: “Trish’s expertise across the supply chain organization has developed through almost 30 years at Nike, starting in Memphis customer operations and most recently as VP, North America Geo Operations. In her new role, Trish will work across Geographies, Categories and Global Functions to deliver the mission of ERP – to enable Nike’s 2020 Vision and Beyond through integrated business processes and an elevated capability platform. Trish leaves North America after leading the organization through tremendous growth and change.”
The announcement also says, “Operations is a source of competitive separation for Nike. Continuing to create capacity for growth to $50 billion and evolving our foundation to flawlessly serve consumers will require a leadership team that drives large-scale change, leverages key partnerships and inspires our diverse teams.”
